The Stock
The optimal counterpart to the heavy contour barrel regarding balance is the GTI laminated stock on the 101 Wolverine repeater. Its comb is adjustable in height by 3 cm to accommodate individual needs and the respective scope. The stock is ergonomically optimized, and the thumbhole is perfectly positioned. The various colored layers of wood break up the silhouette and are visually appealing. It is finished with a rubber butt pad.
The System
The system housing of the Wolverine is extremely durable with its DLC coating. DLC stands for "Diamond Like Carbon." This type of coating is very environmentally friendly and biocompatible compared to galvanic coatings. A thin-film coating process makes the coated components particularly resistant and very smooth, giving the coated metal a typical matte black sheen. The easily operable firing pin safety guarantees maximum safety. It is intuitively operated with a slider on the bolt and functions absolutely quietly. The extra-wide trigger, as found on match rifles, is set to a dry pull weight of 950 g.
The Barrel
The 101 Wolverine is equipped with a 19 mm heavy contour barrel, which is either 51 or 56 cm long. Its surface, like that of the housing, is treated with a DLC coating. The weight of the barrel shifts the center of gravity forward, making the hold steadier and the oscillation behavior more balanced. The barrel is without sights and has an M17x1 muzzle thread.

Der Schaft
Das, was die Balance betrifft, optimale Gegenstück zu dem Heavy-Kontur-Lauf ist bei dem 101 Wolverine-Repetierer der GTI-Lochschaft auf Schichtholz. Sein Rücken ist um 3 cm höhenverstellbar, um ihn an die individuellen Bedürfnisse und das jeweilige Zielfernrohr anzupassen. Der Schaft ist ergonomisch optimiert und das Daumenloch perfekt angeordnet. Die verschiedenfarbigen Schichten des Holzes brechen die Silhouette auf und sind optisch ansprechend. Abgeschlossen wird er durch eine Schaftkappe aus Gummi.
Das System
Das Systemgehäuse der Wolverine ist mit seiner DLC-Beschichtung extrem strapazierfähig. DLC steht für „Diamond Like Carbon“. Diese Beschichtungsart ist im Gegensatz zu galvanischen Beschichtungen sehr umweltschonend und bioverträglich. Durch ein Dünnfilmbeschichtungsverfahren werden die beschichteten Komponenten besonders widerstandsfähig sowie sehr glatt und verleihen dem beschichteten Metall einen typischen mattschwarzen Glanz. Die gut bedienbare Schlagbolzensicherung garantiert größtmögliche Sicherheit. Sie wird intuitiv mit einem Schieber auf dem Schloss betätigt und funktioniert absolut leise. Der – wie bei Matchbüchsen – extrabreite Abzug steht trocken und löst bei einem Gewicht von 950 g aus.
Der Lauf
Die 101 Wolverine ist mit einem 19-mm-Heavy-Kontur-Lauf ausgestattet, der entweder eine Länge von 51 oder 56 cm hat. Seine Oberfläche ist, wie die des Gehäuses, mit einer DLC-Beschichtung behandelt. Das Gewicht des Laufs verlagert den Schwerpunkt nach vorne, der Anschlag wird ruhiger und das Schwingverhalten ausgewogener. Der Lauf ist ohne Visierung und hat ein M17x1-Mündungsgewinde.
