Information on online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 Abs. 1 ODR-VO:
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The ODR platform serves as a contact point for the extrajudicial resolution of disputes arising from contractual obligations resulting from online purchase contracts.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
