With this set, you can sharpen your knives like the professionals. The blade is clamped in with the back in the holder. Sharpening angles of 17, 20, 25, or 30° are available as options. The guide slot in the holder ensures that the same sharpening angle is always maintained. The set includes the holder, 3 different sharpening stones (fine, medium, coarse) along with guide pins, and a bottle of sharpening oil. Includes storage box.

Mit diesem Set schleift man seine Messer wie die Profis. Die Klinge wird mit dem Rücken in die Klammer eingespannt. Schleifwinkel von 17, 20, 25 oder 30° stehen wahlweise zur Verfügung. Durch den Führungsschlitz in der Klammer wird stets der gleiche Schleifwinkel eingehalten. Das Set beinhaltet die Klammer, 3 verschiedene Schleifsteine (fein, mittel, grob) mitsamt Führungsstiften und eine Flasche Schleiföl. Inklusive Aufbewahrungsbox.
