The blade is clamped by the spine into the holder. Sharpening angles of 17, 20, 25, or 30 degrees are available. The guide slots in the holder ensure the same sharpening angle is maintained every time. The set includes the sharpeners, the holder, a carrying case, and a small bottle of honing oil. Das Schärfset von Lansky garantiert präzise den gleichen Schleifwinkel über die gesamte Klingenlänge.

Die Klinge wird mit dem Rücken in die Klammer gespannt. Schleifwinkel von 17, 20, 25 oder 30 Grad stehen wahlweise zur Verfügung.
