The Magpul UBR GEN2 is an adjustable-length fixed stock that provides the shooter with excellent stability while allowing for the adjustability of a collapsible stock. With a total of 8 adjustment positions, the UBR features the same cheek weld at every position, an advantage over traditional collapsible stocks. A dedicated buffer tube forms a unit with the stock and is compatible with "Carbine" buffer systems, meaning the same springs and buffers can be used as with standard collapsible stocks, and the stable stock unit is also suitable for the .308 AR10 & SR-25 platform.
As expected from Magpul, the stock is made from durable reinforced polymer. Equipped with QD mounts and a traditional sling swivel, the stock offers ambidextrous options for sling attachment, a compartment for storing accessories can be removed by the shooter when not in use, and the compartment opening can be mounted on the right or left. For safe handling, the simple and grippy adjustment lever and the rubber stock cap, as used in the MOE SL stocks, ensure reliability. The double locking mechanism makes the length adjustment very robust and withstands falls.

The UBR GEN2 is delivered INCLUDING its own buffer tube and replaces any installed Carbine, Rifle, or A5 buffer tube. Carbine/A5 buffer systems (spring + buffer) are required.

Der Magpul UBR GEN2 ist ein längenverstellbarer Festschaft, der dem Schützen eine hervorragende Stabilität bietet aber gleichzeitig Verstellmöglichkeiten eines Schubschaftes zulässt. Mit insgesamt 8 Verstellpositionen weist der UBR an jeder Position die gleiche Wangenauflage auf, ein Vorteil gegenüber klassischen Schubschäften. Eine eigene Buffertube bildet eine Einheit mit dem Schaft und ist kompatibel mit "Carbine" Puffereinheiten, d.h. es können die Gleichen Federn und Puffer verwendet werden wie bei normalen Schubschäften und auch für die .308er AR10& SR-25 Plattform ist die stabile Schafteinheit geeignet.
Wie von Magpul gewohnt ist der Schaft aus stabilem verstärktem Polymer gefertigt. Ausgestattet mit QD-Aufnahmen und einem traditionellen Riemenbügel bietet der Schaft beidseitig Möglichkeiten zur Befestigung der Riemen, ein Fach zur Aufbewahrung von Zubehör kann vom Schützen bei Nichtbenutzung entfernt werden und die Fachöffnung kann rechts oder links angebracht werden. Für eine sichere Handhabung sorgt der einfache und griffige Verstellhebel und die Gummischaftkappe, wie sie auch bei den MOE SL-Schäften verwendet wird. Durch die doppelte Verrieglung ist die Längenverstellung sehr robust und übersteht auch Stürze.
Bitte beachten:
Der UBR GEN2 wird INKLUSIVE der Eigenen Buffertube ausgeliefert und ersetzt eine evtl. verbaute Carbine, Rifle oder A5 Buffertube. Es werden Carbine/A5 Puffersysteme (Feder + Puffer) benötigt.
