The Magpul UBR GEN2 is an adjustable-length fixed stock that provides the shooter with excellent stability while allowing for the adjustability of a collapsible stock. With a total of 8 adjustment positions, the UBR features the same cheek weld at every position, an advantage over traditional collapsible stocks. A dedicated buffer tube forms a unit with the stock and is compatible with "Carbine" buffer systems, meaning the same springs and buffers can be used as with standard collapsible stocks, and the stable stock unit is also suitable for the .308 AR10 & SR-25 platform.

As expected from Magpul, the stock is made from durable reinforced polymer. Equipped with QD mounts and a traditional sling swivel, the stock offers ambidextrous options for sling attachment, a compartment for storing accessories can be removed by the shooter when not in use, and the compartment opening can be mounted on the right or left. For safe handling, the simple and grippy adjustment lever and the rubber stock cap, as used in the MOE SL stocks, ensure reliability. The double locking mechanism makes the length adjustment very robust and withstands falls.

Please note:
The UBR GEN2 is delivered INCLUDING its own buffer tube and replaces any installed Carbine, Rifle, or A5 buffer tube. Carbine/A5 buffer systems (spring + buffer) are required.
