The Fortmeier bipod is designed for heavy rifles up to caliber .50 BMG, but this set has been specially assembled and coated for the G28Z and MR308 A3-28 in RAL8000. The G28Z is a heavy piece and is excellently complemented and supported by this Fortmeier combo in the Bundeswehr color RAL8000. The height of the H184 has been chosen to fit the rifle and provides enough leeway even when using the Ergo-Grip, a monopod, or shooting bags without being too high. The Picatinny adapter fits precisely under the offset part of the handguard and adds hardly any bulk when the bipod is attached, allowing the weapon to be transported in the original case or the optional Peli-Case. All parts (except screws, springs, and the clamping levers made of plastic) are coated with Cerakote from the H series.
Please note:
This bipod SET is delivered including the 6 o'clock Picatinny adapter, coated with a robust CERAKOTE finish RAL8000, e.g., color-matched to the HK MR308 or the HK G28 Z. Due to the coating, there may be slight wear in some places where parts rub against each other.
For those wondering why the Fortmeier bipod system is so good, here are a few facts: the clamping jaws of the mount are spring-loaded. Strong recoil forces cannot harm the system. With the quick-release lever, the bipod can also be quickly detached from the weapon or the rotational resistance adjusted to tilt the weapon sideways. With a simple push of a button, the legs can be adjusted in height, and once locked, the foot stands rock solid on the integrated skis. The stand legs can be locked in 3 positions forward/backward or downward. Last but not least, the bipod simply looks fantastic, brutal, and self-assured.

Das Fortmeier Zweibein ist für schwere Gewehre bis Kaliber 50 BMG ausgelegt aber dieses Set haben wir extra für das G28Z und MR308 A3-28 in RAL8000 zusammengestellt und beschichten lassen. Das G28Z ist ein schwerer Brocken und wird hervorragend durch diese Fortmeier-Kombo im Bundeswehrfarbton RAL8000 ergänzt und unterstützt. Die Bauhöhe des H184 wurde passend für das Gewehr gewählt und bietet genug Spielraum auch bei Verwendung des Ergo-Grip, eines Monopods oder von Schießkissen ohne zu hoch aufzubauen. Der Picatinny-Adapter passt genau unter den abgesetzten Teil des Handschutzes und trägt bei angenommen Zweibein kaum auf, sodass die Waffe auch weiterhin im Originalkoffer oder dem optionalen Peli-Case transportiert werden kann. Es sind alle Teile (ausser Schrauben, Federn und die Klemmhebel aus Kunststoff) mit Cerakote der H-Serie beschichtet.

Dieses Zweibein-SET liefern wir inklusive des 6 Uhr Picatinny-Adapters, beschichtet mit robustem CERAKOTE-Finish RAL8000, z. B. farblich passend zur HK MR308 oder dem HK G28 Z. Aufgrund der Beschichtung kann es an einigen Stellen wo Teile aufeinander reiben zu einem leichten Abrieb kommen.
Wer sich fragt warum das Fortmeier Zweibein-System so gut ist, hier ein paar Fakten: die Klemmbacken der Montage sind federnd gelagert. Starke Rückstoßkräfte können dem System nichts anhaben. Mittels Schnelllösehebel kann das Bipod auch sehr schnell von der Waffe demontiert oder der Drehwiederstand eingestellt werden, um die Waffe seitlich zu kippen. Mit einfachem Knopfdruck können die Beine in der Höhe verstellt werden, nach der Einrastung steht der Fuß dann felsenfest auf den integrierten Kufen. Die Standbeine lassen sich in 3 Positionen nach vorne/hinten oder nach unten arretieren. Zu guter Letzt sieht das Bipod einfach hammermäßig aus, brachial und selbstsicher.
