The Infiray (XInfrared) Xeye E3 Plus V2 thermal imaging camera is the successor to the E3 Plus. The design remains unchanged, as does the fact of the excellent image quality and very large representation.
The cameras are delivered with a high-quality case and also with a wide strap, whose camera mount can be screwed into the tripod thread.*
New are the 12 µm sensor and some changes in the software.
The new sensor results in an apparent focal length extension compared to the 17 µm sensor with identical optics. In other words, the observed game is resolved more finely and therefore consists of more pixels. The field of view is somewhat smaller in return, as the sensor has the same number of pixels as its predecessor. The DMR resolution (coverage per pixel) is 4.8 cm/pixel at 100 m.

Die Infiray (XInfrared) Xeye E3 Plus V2 Wärmebildkamera ist der Nachfolger der E3 Plus. Die Bauform blieb unverändert, ebenso die Tatsache der hervorragenden Bildqualität und sehr großen Abbildung.
Ausgeliefert werden die Kameras mit einer hochwertigen Tasche und auch mit einem breiten Riemen, dessen Kamerahalterung in das Stativgewinde eingeschraubt werden kann.*
Neu sind der 12 µm Sensor und einige Änderungen in der Software.
Der neue Sensor bewirkt eine scheinbare Brennweitenverlängerung gegenüber dem 17 µm Sensor bei identischer Optik. Anders gesagt, das beobachtete Wild wird feiner aufgelöst und besteht daher aus mehr Bildpunkten. Das Sehfeld ist im Gegenzug etwas kleiner, da der Sensor die gleiche Anzahl an Pixeln aufweist wie der Vorgänger. Die DMR Auflösung (Abdeckung pro Pixel) beträgt 4,8 cm/Pixel auf 100 m.
