As with its predecessor, the TM9K TAC also has a built-in Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 5000mAh. The battery is charged via a USB-C port integrated into the lamp head. Therefore, no extra charger is necessary. This integrated charger provides a charging power that charges the battery to about 80% in less than 2 hours. The Nitecore TM9K TAC achieves a maximum output of 9800 lumens with a beam distance of 280 meters. The attached Tactical Ring cannot be removed. Wie auch beim Vorgänger, so ist auch bei der TM9K TAC der Li-Ion Akku mit einer Kapazität von 5000mAh fest verbaut. Geladen wird der Akku über einen, im Lampenkopf integrieten, USB-C-Anschluss. Somit ist kein extra Ladegerät notwendig. Dieses integrierte Ladegerät liefert eine Ladeleistung, bei der der Akku nach weniger als 2 Stunden um ca. 80% geladen ist.
