Optics Ready
Every PDP is made for red dot sights. Deeply integrated into the slide, the excellent shooting behavior of the PDP can be fully utilized.
The simultaneous use of co-witness sights is possible. This allows the dot of the optical sight to be quickly and unconsciously perceived.
Thanks to the special design of the slide, red dots can be integrated almost seamlessly.
Additionally: The special design at the end of the grip provides support for the little finger and aids in instinctively pointing the weapon – like an invisible guide.
Modularity
The PDP is the most modular and versatile pistol that Walther has ever built:
Picatinny rail, optics ready, side-swappable magazine holder, three barrel lengths, and two grip lengths with three backstraps each.
This makes it perfectly prepared for any service use.
The open sights of the PDP use common mounting dimensions. When choosing the sights, the accessory market offers nearly limitless possibilities.
With a magazine funnel, the Performance Duty Pistol becomes a performance athlete.
Reliability
In the stepped chamber, the cartridge case is reliably extracted. This allows the PDP to extract more muzzle energy from the ammunition and reduces residue in the weapon. Thus, the PDP shoots better for longer. PDP: "Made to be shot"!
Safety features
The loaded chamber indicator on the extractor signals whether a cartridge is in the chamber. In addition, the trigger, firing pin, and safety (disconnector) provide even more safety.
Scope of delivery
Two magazines, a loading aid, grip backstraps in sizes S, M, and L, as well as a cover at the interface for optical sights. Each PDP comes with a ambidextrous slide stop lever, side-swappable magazine holder, and polygon barrel.

Modularität
Die PDP ist die modularste und vielseitigste Pistole die Walther je gebaut hat:
Picatinny-Schiene, optics ready, seitlich wechselbarer Magazinhalter, drei Lauflängen und zwei Grifflängen mit jeweils drei Rückeneinlagen.
Damit ist sie für jeden dienstlichen Einsatz bestens vorbereitet.
Die offene Visierung der PDP verwendet gängige Anschlussmaße. Bei der Wahl der Visierung bietet der Zubehörmarkt nahezu grenzenlose Möglichkeiten.
Mit einem Magazintrichter wird die Performance Duty Pistol zur Leistungssportlerin.
Zuverlässigkeit
Im gestuften Patronenlager lidert die Hülse zuverlässig. So holt die PDP mehr Mündungsenergie aus der Munition und reduziert den Schmauch in der Waffe. Damit schießt die PDP länger besser. PDP: „Made to be shot“!
Sicherheitseinrichtungen
Die Geladenanzeige am Auszieher signalisiert, ob sich eine Patrone im Lager befindet. Darüber hinaus sorgen Abzugs-, Schlagbolzen- und Schützensicherung (Unterbrecher) für noch mehr Sicherheit.
Lieferumfang
Zwei Magazine, eine Ladehilfe, Griffrücken in den Größen S, M und L, sowie eine Abdeckung an der Schnittstelle für optische Visiere. Jede PDP kommt mit beidseitigem Verschlussfanghebel, seitlich wechselbarem Magazinhalter und Polygonlauf.
