The name is program. A pocket knife in the classic Japanese Higonokami style and has no locking mechanism. The blade is hand-forged from DNH7 carbon steel (not stainless) with forging marks. The blade is differentially hardened. Thus, the edge has a hardness of about 60 Rockwell, while the spine has a hardness of about 44. The handle is made from a piece of horn, which has been elaborately bent and shaped.
