SIG SAUER SG560 Sport – 20″ | .223 Remington | MSRP €5,009.90

Modern semi-automatic rifle on the SG56X platform

One of the best-looking and best-performing semi-automatic rifles on the market.

The SIG Sauer SG560 Sport is based on the proven and legendary SG55X platform and represents its modern evolution. It combines the reliability and precision of Swiss military systems with modern modularity to the AR-15 standard. For demanding sport shooters and hunters who expect uncompromising quality.

With its 20″ precision barrel, the SG560 delivers maximum bullet velocity and high accuracy at longer distances. The proven long-stroke piston gas system with reciprocating charging handle is retained in full and is adjustable in several stages—known for its high reliability, even with different ammunition.

The upper receiver design has been thoroughly modernized:
free-floating barrel, sturdy aluminum handguard with M-LOK interfaces all around, and a full-length STANAG 4694 Picatinny rail at 12 o’clock for optics and accessories.

The lower receiver design follows the AR-15 standard in terms of functionality:

MAK DRS trigger, adjustable from approx. 1.1–3.0 kg
Radian Talon safety, 45° (convertible to 90°)
AR-15-compatible pistol grip

The magazine well is interchangeable:
The STANAG adapter is installed from the factory, allowing AR-15 magazines to be used. Alternatively, original SG55X magazines can be used without the adapter. The magazine release and ambidextrous bolt catch follow an ergonomic AR-15 layout.
