Damit werden die hervorragenden Deformationseigenschaften des CDC Geschosses über einen sehr breiten Entfernungs- bzw. Geschwindigkeitsbereich gewährleistet. Bedingt durch die höher gehaltenen Geschossgewichte erreichen CDC Geschosse eine maximale Länge, was für hohe Richtungsstabilität auch im Wildkörper sorgt.Der vordere Teil des CDC Geschosses spricht nach dem Auftreffen dank seiner speziellen Konstruktion mit Expansionskaverne und verdeckter Hohlspitze sehr schnell an.
