The FTX projectile from Hornady is a lead core bullet that was specifically manufactured for Hornady's extremely popular Lever Revolution ammunition series. It is structurally similar to an InterLock hollow point bullet, but with the important difference that the hollow point is closed with a flexible polymer tip. The FlexTip technology has been specifically developed for tubular magazines to significantly increase safety during shooting. Das FTX Geschoss von Hornady ist ein Bleikerngeschoss, dass speziell für die äußerst beliebte Lever Revolution Munitionsserie von Hornady gefertigt wurde. Es entspricht vom Aufbau her einem InterLock-Hohlspitzgeschoss, allerdings mit dem wichtigen Unterschied, dass die Hohlspitze mit einer flexiblen Polymerspitze verschlossen ist.
