I unpacked it and tried it out. It is too large for my military use, so I opted for the smaller model with only 8x magnification.
The glass is like new and has only been looked through once from the balcony. The image and the reticle are very good and are on par with more expensive hunting variants. Through the reticle, you can perfectly calculate distances or the size of the target (at known distance).

Ich habe es ausgepackt und ausprobiert. Es ist mir für den militärischen Nutzen aber zu groß, so dass ich mich für das kleinere Modell mit nur 8 facher Vergrößerung entschieden habe.
Das Glas ist neuwertig und nur ein mal vom Balkon aus durchgeschaut. das Bild und das Hilfsabsehen sind sehr gut und stehen teureren Jagdvarianten in nichts nach. Durch sas Absehen kann man perfekt Entfernungen oder die Größe des Zieles(bei bekannter Entfernung) berechnen.
Das Beste ist die lebendlange Vortex Garantie.
