I am selling a RECK PK 800 in caliber 8 mm P.A.K and the PTB 196. The pistol is in used condition (please refer to the pictures).

Included in the delivery:

- RECK PK800

- 1 magazine

- 20 shots of gas cartridges

This is a 6-shot pistol in caliber 8 mm PAK from RECK with the PTB 196 and is suitable for all 8mm blank cartridges, CS gas, or pepper cartridges.

The pistol is in used condition (see pictures). The bluing has partially worn off the barrel and has been repaired with a touch-up pen. I have never fired it.

Since the new EU directive provides for a 1-year warranty even for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty in the sense of the EU directive for my privately sold items. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive any warranty/guarantee. There is no right of withdrawal or return for the used items I sell (Par.312d Abs.4 Nr5 BGB)

Ich verkaufe eine RECK PK 800 im Kaliber 8 mm P.A.K und der PTB 196. Die Pistole ist in einem gebrauchten Zustand (bitte den Bildern entnehmen).

Lieferumfang:

- 20 Schuss Gas-Patronen

Es handelt sich um eine 6-schüssige Pistole im Kaliber 8 mm PAK von RECK mit der PTB 196 und eignet sich für alle 8mm Knallpatronen, CS-Gas oder Pfefferpatronen.

Die Pistole ist in einem gebrauchten Zustand (siehe Bilder). Die Brünierung ging am Lauf teilweise verloren und wurde mit einem Lackstift repariert. Geschossen habe ich sie nie.

Da die neue EU Richtlinie 1 Jahr Gewährleistung auch für Privatverkäufe vorsieht - soweit der Verkäufer es nicht ausschließt- erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU Richtlinie übernehme.
