The first proof took place in 1999 (PTB 613, proof KF). Despite its age of 27 years, the blank-firing pistol is absolutely as new – it has only been stored in a display case, but is fully functional and ready for use.
Typical for high-quality blank-firing weapons of this era, the P88 Compact features robust workmanship and a characteristic, sharply defined muzzle with deep barrel obstruction.

Erstbeschuss erfolgte 1999 (PTB 613, Beschuss KF). Trotz ihres Alters von 27 Jahren ist die Schreckschusspistole absolut neuwertig – sie wurde ausschließlich in der Vitrine gelagert, ist jedoch voll funktionstüchtig und sofort einsatzbereit.
Typisch für hochwertige Schreckschusswaffen dieser Zeit zeigt die P88 Compact eine robuste Verarbeitung und eine für das Modell charakteristische, scharf ausgeprägte Mündung mit tiefer Laufsperre.
