I am offering a high-quality glass for sale with a 30-year warranty. It was purchased on 10.03.2024, and I will of course include the receipt.
The glass has always been treated very carefully and works perfectly. It has no scratches, and the glasses are clear. I have meticulously searched for any defects and found nothing.
Dear bidders, I am not a dealer, but a private individual according to the BGB, and hereby exclude the one-year warranty and right of return required by new EU law for all products offered here. The information about the offered item has been provided to the best of my knowledge and belief. The item description and any original photos provide insight into the condition of the item. Unless otherwise described, these are used items that show normal signs of wear and are not new goods. Please ask questions before placing a bid; I will be happy to answer them. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the disclaimer and acknowledges that an auction is a sale in the sense of § 3 Abs. 5 of the Distance Selling Act and that the highest bidder has no right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act. ich biete hier ein hochwertiges Glas mit 30 Jahren Garantie zum Verkauf an. Es wurde am 10.03.2024 gekauft und die Rechnung lege ich natürlich bei.
Das Glas wurde immer sehr pfleglich behandelt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Es hat keine Kratzer und die Gläser sind klar. Ich habe schon akribisch nach Mängeln gesucht und nichts gefunden.
Sehr geehrte Bieter, Ich bin kein Händler, sondern nach BGB eine Privatperson und schließe hiermit die nach neuem EU-Recht vorgeschriebene Garantie und Umtauschrecht von einem Jahr auf alle hier angebotenen Produkte aus. Die Angaben über den angebotenen Artikel sind nach bestem Wissen und Gewissen gemacht worden. Artikelbeschreibung und etwaige Originalphotos geben Aufschluss über den Zustand des Artikels.
