I am selling a nickel-plated/blued Smith&Wesson Model 5904 in caliber 9 mm P.A.K and the PTB 604. The pistol comes in the original pistol case, is covered with a grip rubber, and is in very good condition (please refer to the pictures). Only the coating has lost some color over the years.

This is a semi-automatic pistol in caliber 9mm P.A.K from Smith&Wesson with the PTB 604 and is suitable for all 9mm PAK blank cartridges, CS gas, or pepper cartridges.
The pistol is in very good condition for its age (see pictures).
As the new EU directive provides for 1 year warranty even for private sales - unless the seller excludes it - I declare that I do not assume any warranty in the sense of the EU directive for my privately sold items. By purchasing the goods, you expressly agree to waive any warranty/guarantee. There is no right of withdrawal or return for the used items sold by me (Par.312d Abs.4 Nr5 BGB)

Ich verkaufe eine vernickelte/ brünierte Smith&Wesson Modell 5904 im Kaliber 9 mm P.A.K und der PTB 604. Die Pistole wird im originalen Pistolenkoffer geliefert, ist mit einem Griffgummi überzogen und in einem sehr guten Zustand (bitte den Bildern entnehmen). Lediglich die Beschichtung hat durch die Jahre etwas Farbe abbekommen.

Es handelt sich um eine halbautomatische Pistole im Kaliber 9mm P.A.K von Smith&Wessom mit der PTB 604 und eignet sich für alle 9mm PAK Knallpatronen, CS-Gas oder Pfefferpatronen.
Die Pistole ist für ihr Alter in einem sehr guten Zustand (siehe Bilder).
Da die neue EU Richtlinie 1 Jahr Gewährleistung auch für Privatverkäufe vorsieht - soweit der Verkäufer es nicht ausschließt- erkläre ich, dass ich für meine privat verkauften Artikel keine Gewährleistung im Sinne der EU Richtlinie übernehme.
