The Fortmeier 2-chamber compensator offers an efficient way to reduce the recoil of your rifle. Designed as a slim and elegant solution for hunting rifles, it can of course also be used on semi-automatics and sport rifles. The attachment is possible on all weapons with the corresponding thread and is done via a counter nut, so no washers or crush rings are necessary.
In contrast to the commonly used muzzle brakes for hunting, this muzzle brake only vents sideways - there is no flash in front of the lens or night vision device, and when shooting from a prone position, no dust is stirred up. Completely turned and milled from steel and finished with a classic bluing.
Tip:
To prevent the thread from seizing or getting clogged with residue, we personally use SchleTek Cera-Grease. This way, the compensator can always be removed without issues, and corrosion of the thread is prevented.

Der Fortmeier 2-Kammer-Kompensator bietet eine effiziente Möglichkeit umd den Rückstoß Ihres Gewehres zu reduzieren. Als schlanke und elegante Lösung für jagdliche Büchsen entworfen, kann er natürlich auch auf Halbautomaten und Sportgewehren eingesetzt werden. Die Befestigung ist auf allen Waffen mit dem entsprechenden Gewinde möglich und erfolgt über eine Kontermutter, sodass keine Unterlegscheiben oder Quetschringe notwendig sind.
Im Gegensatz zu den jagdlich verbreiteten Lochbremsen bläst diese Mündungsbremse nur seitlich aus - es gibt also keinen Lichtblitz vor dem Objektiv oder Nachtsichtgerät und beim liegenden Schuss wird kein Staub aufgewirbelt. Komplett gedreht und gefräst aus Stahl und mit einer klassischen Brünierung versehen.
Tipp:
Damit sich das Gewinde weder festfrisst noch mit Schmauch zusetzt, nutzen wir selber den SchleTek Cera-Grease. So kann der Kompenator immer problemlos entfernt werden und Korrosion des Gewindes wird verhindert.
