The magazine from MDT fits perfectly into the stock system ORYX developed by MDT. Available in 2 different calibers. As usual, made of robust plastic in black. Currently, only Generation 2 is being delivered, which differs slightly in appearance from the classic magazines and features an improved cartridge feed. Suitable for almost all Oryx stocks, such as the models we offer for the Howa M1500, and other stock systems with plastic magazines according to AICS.
Please note:
The magazines for caliber .223 REM fit the Howa Short Action - but NOT for Howa Mini Action!
For the .223 Rem., it should be noted that the Gen2 magazines have the cartridge feed positioned slightly further back than the Gen1 magazines - therefore, some modification of the bolt stop may be necessary.
AICS magazines made of plastic or metal are NOT interchangeable!
Black plastic magazine for stock system ORYX (by MDT):
- For caliber .308 Winchester (3, 5 or 10 rounds), also fits for 6.5 Creedmoor
- For caliber .223 Remington (10 rounds)

MDT was founded with the goal of providing competitive shooters with a functional and affordable chassis for their bolt-action rifles. The result was the now legendary TAC21 stock system for the Remington 700. The product range has steadily grown since then and includes several stocks and stock accessories such as bipods, attachments, and magazines, etc. MDT offers special solutions for firearm manufacturers and is part of the OEM equipment for dozens of firearm models.

Das Steckmagazin von MDT passt perfekt in das von MDT entwickelte Schaftsystem ORYX. Erhältlich in 2 verschiedenen Kalibern. Wie gewohnt aus robustem Kunststoff in schwarz. Aktuell wird nur noch die Generation 2 ausgeliefert, welche sich optisch etwas von den klassischen Magazinen unterscheidet und eine überarbeitete Patronenzuführung aufweist. Passend für nahezu alle Oryx-Schäfte, wie die von uns angebotenen Modelle für die Howa M1500, und andere Schaftsysteme mit Kunststoffmagazinen nach AICS.

Bei der .223 Rem. ist zu beachten, dass die Gen2 Magazine die Patronenzuführung etwas weiter hinten angesetzt haben als die Gen1 Magazine - evtl. ist daher eine Nachbearbeitung des bolt stop notwendig.
