The Prvi Partizan Z-Grom is a lead-free cartridge for hunting use. Manufactured like the well-known and proven Grom, the bullet uses only a tin tip instead of a lead tip. The construction offers a high residual weight and little fragmentation, as the bullet is almost entirely made of brass and only the hollow point is sealed with the tin plug to ensure reliable feeding and safe expansion. The special feature of this cartridge from PPU is that it has a relatively high bullet weight for a lead-free ammunition. Depending on the caliber, use is sensible up to about 150m, so that the bullet can still perform well. The Z-Grom is a solid lead-free cartridge with an excellent price-performance ratio and offers low game meat damage and short escape distances.

Prvi Partizan is a traditional Serbian ammunition company located in the city of Uzice. Since 1928, ammunition has been produced here for military, authorities, and civilian users, and today the portfolio includes more than 400 types of ammunition manufactured by over 1,000 employees in three production facilities. In this country, PPU is primarily known for the production of otherwise extinct calibers for hunting and sporting use and a product range with a good price/performance ratio. The manufacturing facilities are ISO certified.

Die Prvi Partizan Z-Grom ist eine bleifreie Patrone für den jagdlichen Einsatz. Gefertigt wie die bekannte und bewährte Grom, verwendet das Geschoss nur eine Zinnspitze anstatt der Bleispitze. Die Konstruktion bietet ein hohes Restgewicht und wenig Splitter, da das Geschoss nahezu vollständig aus Messing besteht und lediglich die Hohlspitze mit dem Zinnpfropfen verschlossen ist um eine zuverlässige Zuführung und ein sicheres Aufpilzen zu gewährleisten. Das besondere an dieser Patrone von PPU ist, dass sie für eine bleifreie Munition ein relativ hohes Geschossgewicht aufweist. Ein Einsatz ist, je nach Kaliber, bis auf ca. 150m sinnvoll, damit das Geschoss noch ordentlich wirken kann. Die Z-Grom ist eine solide bleifreie Patrone mit hervorragenden Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und bietet eine geringe Wildbretentwertung und kurze Fluchtstrecken.
