With the .308 Winchester featuring the ID-CLASSIC bullet from RWS, this design achieves the optimal combination of width and depth effect. This is achieved through a two-part core. The rear harder core has a funnel-shaped recess in which the front softer core sits like a plug. This allows for deformation all the way into the rear bullet section, resulting in optimal energy transfer in game.

Bei der.308 Winchester mit dem ID-CLASSIC Geschoss von RWS erfüllt dieses konstruktionsbedingt die optimale Kombination aus Breiten- und Tiefenwirkung. Das wird erreicht durch einen 2-teiligen Kern. Der hintere härtere Kern weist eine trichterförmige Vertiefung auf, in der der vordere weichere Kern wie ein Zapfen sitzt. Dadurch wird eine Deformation bis in den hinteren Geschossteil erreicht, und damit optimale Energieabgabe im Wild.
