For powerful large caliber repeating rifles in .338 Lapua Magnum or even in the massive .50 BMG, a high-performance bipod is needed that can withstand the force. Fortmeier offers a high-end bipod system in various versions that is particularly robust, absolutely reliable, and remains easy to handle.
The Fortmeier adapters for the UIT interface are designed for use with this classic T-slot, which is also known as the "Anschütz rail." This rail is widely used in traditional match rifles, integrated into the fore-end.
There are two variants:
- with spigot (bipod mount)
- for mounting the Fortmeier bipods
- necessary when using the Arca adapter
- with Picatinny
- an adapter piece that extends the UIT rail by a piece of Picatinny rail
From Fortmeier, there are the following adapters:
- for Picatinny at 6 o'clock mounting (bottom)
- for Picatinny at 12 o'clock mounting (top)

Fortmeier bietet hier ein High-End Zweibein-System in verschiedene Ausführungen das besonders robust, absolut zuverlässig und dabei einfach in der Handhabung bleibt.
Die Fortmeier Adapter für die UIT Schnittstelle sind zur Verwendung mit dieser klassischen T-Nut ausgelegt, welche auch als "Anschütz Schiene" bekannt ist.
Diese Schiene ist weit verbreitet bei traditionellen Matchgewehren, eingearbeitet in den Vorderschaft.
