"Frontier Cartridge" is a product family from Hornady that is only loaded in the most common calibers of the AR15 platform and is tailored for this weapon. This narrow focus allows for the production and offering of high-quality loadings with quality components at a low price.
The 55gr Hollow Point Match bullet features the most popular weight for civilian use in .223 and is therefore suitable for almost all barrels. Manufactured with precise methods, the bullet consists of a jacket with very good roundness characteristics and minimal tolerances in jacket thickness, along with a precisely pre-formed lead core - with a G1 value of .254, the ballistic coefficient for a light .223 Remington bullet is impressive. The intended use of this loading is for sports shooting, but it is also suitable for light vermin and small game ("Varmint").

Das 55gr Hollow Point Match Geschoss verfügt über das beliebteste Gewicht im zivilen Einsatz für die .223 und ist daher für nahezu alle Läufe geeignet. Gefertigt mit präzisen Verfahren setzt sich das Geschoss aus einem Mantel mit sehr guten Rundlaufeigenschaften sowie geringsten Toleranzen in der Mantelstärke und einem präzise vorgeformten Bleikern zusammen - mit einem G1 Wert von .254 kanns sich der ballistische Koeffizient für ein leichtes .223 Remington Geschoss sehen lassen. Der Einsatzzweck der Laborierung ist der Einsatz im Sportschießen, es ist aber auch für leichtes Raubzeug und Niederwild geeignet ("Varmint").
