The Edgar Sherman Granite Grip is a large AR pistol grip with a steep grip angle of 13.1°. With this angle, the grip is steeper than a standard AR15 pistol grip and provides the shooter with more control over the weapon. The straight front allows for a comfortable finger position while the curved back of the grip fills the shooting hand well. The pronounced finger rest at the end of the grip provides good support and prevents slipping.
Made from a robust nylon variant, the grip is resistant to heat and impacts and is resistant to cracks and breaks. The production using 3D printing allows for shapes and edges that are difficult to achieve with traditional injection molding. The Granite thus offers a particularly ergonomic hand position.
As standard, the grip is delivered in a coarse grip texture.

Edgar Sherman Design arose from the desire of its namesake founder to pursue a military career to serve his country. After having to bury this dream due to chronic health issues, he now dedicates himself to the design and manufacture of components specifically for the military, created in close collaboration and feedback. Of course, these products are also usable for civilian purposes and are currently exclusively available from us for the end customer in Germany.

Der Edgar Sherman Granite Grip ist ein ein großer AR Pistolengriff mit einem steilen Griffwinkel von 13,1°. Mit diesem Winkel ist der Griff steiler als ein Standard AR15 Pistolengriff und bietet dem Schützen mehr Kontrolle über die Waffe. Die gerade Front sorgt für eine angenehme Fingerhaltung während der gewölbte Griffrücken die Schusshand gut füllt. Die stark ausgeprägte Fingerauflage am Griffende sorgt für eine gute Abstützung und verhinder ein wegrutschen.
Hergestellt aus einer robusten Nylon-Variante ist der Griff beständig gegen Hitze und Stöße und resistent gegenüber Rissen und Brüchen. Durch die Herstellung im 3D-Druck lassen sich Formen und Kanten herstellen, die im klassischen Spritzgussverfahren schwer realisiserbar sind. Der Granite bietet dadurch eine besonders ergonomische Handlage.
Als Standard wird der Griff in der groben Griffstruktrur - coarse - ausgeliefert. Diese aggressive Oberfläche bietet einen besonders guten Halt in allen Situationen.
