The A-Tec H2 is a modular front silencer. In this variant designed for firearms in .45/70 or .444 Marlin as well as similar calibers, it features an 11/16"x24 thread for the muzzle thread commonly found on Marlin, Chiappa, and other lever-action rifles. Made of aluminum, the silencer is relatively lightweight despite its size and effectiveness. The thread insert is made of steel. With a suppression performance of approximately 30-32dB(C), depending on barrel length and load, the affordable SD offers reasonable sound reduction for driven hunts, sitting hunts, and shooting ranges.
The suppression performance and length can be altered, as the H2 is modular and up to 3 elements can be easily unscrewed. This allows the silencer to be shortened if the rifle would otherwise be too long - this, of course, comes at the expense of suppression performance. Hearing of both humans and animals is optimally protected. Lower noise emissions for the affected surrounding area. An absolute added value in hunting practice.

Der A-Tec H2 ist ein modular aufgebauter Frontschalldämpfer. In dieser Variante ausgelegt für Waffen in .45/70 oder .444 Marlin sowie ähnliche Kaliber, verfügt er über ein 11/16"x24 Gewinde für das bei Marlin, Chiappa und anderen Unterhebelrepetierern übliche Mündungsgewinde. Gefertigt aus Aluminium ist der Dämpfer trotz seiner Größe und Wirkung relativ leicht. Der Gewindeeinsatz besteht aus Stahl. Mit einer Dämpfungsleistung von ca. 30-32dB(C), je nach Lauflänge und Laborierung, verfügt der günstige SD über eine vernünftige Schallreduzierung für Drückjagd, Ansitz und Schießstand.
Die Dämpfungsleistung und Länge kann verändert werden, da der H2 modular aufgebaut ist und bis zu 3 Elemente einfach abgeschraubt werden können. So kann man den Schalldämpfer verkürzen, wenn die büchse ansonsten zu lang wäre - dies geht natürlich zu Lasten der Dämpfungsleistung. Gehör von Mensch und Tier werden optimal geschützt. Geringere Lärmemissionen für den betroffenen Umgebungsbereich. Ein absoluter Mehrwert bei der Jagdausübung.
