The Nosler Whitetail Country in .308 Winchester with a bullet weight of 165gr is a cartridge designed for hunting white-tailed deer, the most common deer species in the USA and the world. The animals are comparable in weight and size to the native fallow deer, making the Whitetail Country excellent for fallow deer as well as the weaker roe deer. Loaded is the traditional and now manufactured in the 5th generation "Solid Base" soft point bullet - the proven design ensures good deformation and high retained weight, allowing energy to be effectively transferred even at low speeds while still achieving high penetration depth and thus a high probability of pass-through. Usable for hunting at distances up to 400m, depending on barrel length, the bullet construction is wind-resistant and has low air resistance.

Die Nosler Whitetail Country in .308 Winchester mit 165gr Geschossgewicht ist eine Patrone welche auf die Bejagung von Weißwedelhirschen, der häufigsten Hirschart in den USA und der Welt, zugeschnitten wurde. Die Tiere sind in Gewicht und Größe vergleichbar mit dem heimischen Damwild, sodass die Whitetail Country hervorragend für Damwild aber auch das schwächere Rehwild genutzt werden kann. Verladen ist das traditionsreiche und inzwischen in der 5. Generation gefertigte "Solid Base" Teilmantelspitzgeschoss - das bewährte Design sorgt für eine gute Deformation und ein hohes Restgewicht, sodass die Energie auch bei niedrigen Geschwindigkeiten ordentlich abgegeben wird aber dennoch eine hohe Eindringtiefe und damit Durchschusswahrscheinlichkeit erreicht wird.
