The flagship from Vanward - the Hunter Pro weighs less than 300 grams and dampens up to 38dB(A) due to its size and construction! All Vanward suppressors are made from a single piece of Grade 5 titanium. 3D-printed using the laser sintering process, these suppressors achieve an incredibly low weight combined with excellent damping performance for their size. The suppressors are available from the factory in 3 Cerakote colors as well as with a bare titanium finish: titanium matte, black, olive, and khaki.
Grade 5 titanium is characterized by significantly higher tensile strength and yield strength than pure titanium and is corrosion-resistant, water-resistant, salt-resistant, and has a high tolerance to acids. Titanium is significantly less sensitive to the heat generated during firing than aluminum, which is otherwise used for lightweight suppressors.
The threaded insert with M18X1 internal thread is made of stainless steel; for mounting on your barrel thread, we recommend the SIW threaded adapters made of steel.

Das Flaggschiff von Vanward - der Hunter Pro wiegt weniger als 300 Gramm und dämpft durch seine Größe und Konstruktion bis zu 38db(A) ab! Alle Vanward-Schalldämpfer bestehen aus einem Stück Titan Grade 5. 3D-gedruckt im Lasersinterverfahren erreichen diese Schalldämpfer ein unglaublich geringes Gewicht gepaart mit einer exzellenten Dämpfungsleistung für ihre Größe. Die Dämpfer sind ab Werk in 3 Cerakote-Farben sowie mit blanker Titanoberfläche erhältlich: Titan-matt, schwarz, olive und khaki.
Titan Grade 5 zeichnet sich durch eine deutlich höhere Zugfestigkeit und Streckgrenze aus als reines Titan und ist korrosionsbeständig, wasserunempfindlich, salzbeständig und weist eine hohe Toleranz gegenüber Säuren auf. Titan ist gegenüber der beim Schuss entstehenden Hitze deutlich unempfindlicher als Aluminium welches ansonsten für leichte Schalldämpfer genommen wird.
Der Gewindeeinsatz mit M18X1 Innengewinde ist aus rostfreiem Stahl gefertigt, zur Montage auf ihr Laufgewinde empfehlen wir die SIW Gewindeadapter aus Stahl.
