The B&T SRBS QDN Slimline suppressor is part of the large suppressor family from the renowned Swiss manufacturer and is part of the QD product line. All suppressors in this line are made from Inconel, a high-temperature resistant nickel-iron alloy, allowing these suppressors to withstand fully automatic shooting - all suppressors in the QD line are tested to military standards and can handle high volumes of fire without damage.
These suppressors are offered by us as standard with RBS - Reduced Back Pressure. This technology creates less back pressure in the suppressor and is also known as "flow," "high flow," or "flow through." A suppressor with this technology operates on semi-automatic rifles without an adjustable gas block because the bolt speed is not, or only marginally, increased. However, such a suppressor is somewhat louder, or does not suppress the sound as effectively, since some of the gases are diverted forward for pressure reduction. The strain on the shooter is significantly lower, which is an important positive health factor, especially in closed ranges.

Please note:
For versions with Cerakote coating, color fidelity cannot be guaranteed after high shooting loads! If the suppressor is close to glowing, this naturally affects the surface.
The offered version is designed for the classic NATO interface. Widely used through the well-known "A2" muzzle flash suppressor, the "bird cage." The suppressor can be installed on all compatible muzzle attachments and uses the current Rotex-X interface, the successor to the proven Rotex-III and Rotex-V interfaces. The interfaces are compatible with each other; the Rotex-X is simply lighter, more compact, and easier to operate than its predecessors.

Der B&T SRBS QDN Slimline-Schalldämpfer ist Teil der großen Schalldämpferfamilie des renommierten Schweizer Herstellers und Teil der QD-Produktlinie. Alle Schalldämpfer dieser Linie bestehen aus Inconel, einer hochtemperaturbeständigen Nickel-Eisen-Legierung, wodurch diese Schalldämpfer selbst vollautomatisches Schießen überstehen - alle Schalldämpfer der QD-Linie sind nach militärischen Standards geprüft und überstehen auch ein hohes Feuervolumen ohne Schäden.
Diese Schalldämpfer werden von uns Standard als RBS - Reduced Back Pressure - angeboten. Diese Technologie erzeugt weniger Rückstau im Dämpfer und ist auch als "flow", "high flow" oder "flow through" bekannt. Ein Dämpfer mit dieser Technologie funktioniert bei Selbstladebüchsen ohne eine verstellbare Gasabnahme, weil die Verschlussgeschwindigkeit nicht, oder nur marginal, erhöht wird. Allerdings ist ein solcher Dämpfer etwas lauter, bzw. dämpft den Knall nicht so stark ab, da ein Teil der Gase zur Druckreduzierung nach vorne abgeleitet wird. Die Belastung des Schützen ist dagegen deutlich geringer, was vor allem auf geschlossenen Ständen ein nicht zu unterschätzender positiver Gesundheitsfaktor ist.

Bei Ausführungen mit Cerakote Beschichtung kann die Farbechtheit nach hohen Schussbelastungen NICHT garantiert werden! Wenn der Schalldämpfer kurz vor dem Glühen ist, wirkt sich das natürlich auf die Oberfläche aus.
Die angebotene Ausführung ist für die klassische NATO Schnittstelle ausgelegt. Weit verbreitet durch den bekannte "A2" Mündungsfeuerdämpfer, den "bird cage". Der Schalldämpfer kann auf allen kompatiblen Mündungsaufsätzen installiert werden und verwendet die aktuelle Rotex-X Schnittstelle, den Nachfolger der bewährten Rotex-III und Rotex-V Schnittstellen. Die Schnittstellen sind untereinander kompatibel, der Rotex-X ist nur leichter, kompakter und einfacher zu bedienen als die Vorgänger.
