The Walther Dynamic Performance Trigger is a match trigger with similar but significantly improved characteristics compared to the standard Performance Duty Trigger. It is a pressure point trigger with a pull weight of 2.5kg and a pressure point at 1,250g. The trigger travel is very short at 5mm, the reset is only 2.5mm, and there is hardly any overtravel. The engagement of the sear has been optimized. The straight trigger blade runs into a subtle hook, just enough to provide the finger with support and prevent slipping, yet subtle enough not to negatively affect the shooting behavior.
The Walther Dynamic Performance Trigger is standard on the match models of the PDP. It can be retrofitted on the following firearms:
- PDP Fullsize
- PDP Compact
- PDP Steel Frame Fullsize
- PDP Steel Frame Compact

Der Walther Dynamic Performance Trigger ist eine Matchabzug mit ähnlichen aber deutlich verbesserten Eigenschaften des Standard Performance Duty Trigger. Es handelt sich um einen Druckpunktabzug mit 2,5kg Abzugsgewicht und einem Druckpunkt bei 1.250g. Der Abzugsweg ist mit 5mm sehr kurz, der Reset beträgt gerade einmal 2,5mm und ein Overtravel ist kaum vorhanden. Der Rasteneingriff wurde optimiert. Das gerade Abzugszüngel läuft in einem dezenten Haken aus, gerade genug, um dem Finger Halt zu geben und ein Abrutschen zu verhindern und subtil genug, um das Schussverhalten nicht negativ zu beeinflussen.
Der Walther Dynamic Performance Trigger ist bei den Match-Modelle der PDP als Standard verbaut. Bei folgenden Waffen kann er nachgerüstet werden:
