The Smith & Wesson 686-1 is an early development of the original 686 revolver with double-action trigger and 6-shot fluted cylinder with walnut grips, orange front sight, and adjustable stainless steel rear sight with a barrel length of 6.35 cm (2.5 inches). Its proof was obtained in Belgium and was manufactured in 1987 according to the serial number. The weapon has been imported by Wischo.

Der Smith & Wesson 686-1 ist eine frühe Weiterentwicklung des ursprünglichen 686 Revolvers mit Double-Action-Abzug und 6-Schuss gefluteter Trommel mit Nußbaumgriffschalen, orangenem Korn sowie verstellbarem Visier in Edelstahl mit einer Lauflänge von 6,35 cm (2,5 Zoll). Ihren Beschuss erhielt die Smith & Wesson in Belgien und wurde laut Seriennummer im Jahre 1987 gefertigt. Die Waffe ist durch die Firma Wischo importiert worden.
