The B2 riflescopes have been designed by Blaser from the ground up for use with attachment technology. Each model has undergone the same shock resistance tests typical for the evaluation of premium riflescopes without attachment devices and has passed with flying colors.
With an overall length up to four centimeters shorter compared to comparable riflescopes, the Blaser B2 riflescopes are extremely compact. In hunting, this short design ensures that the attachment device can be comfortably operated in the shooting position and that the center of gravity of the weapon is not unnecessarily shifted forward. Another advantage of the short length is the short travel distances of the moving lenses of the zoom system, resulting in better mechanical precision and a more stable point of impact when changing magnification. At the same time, the mechanical robustness compensates for the additional stress on the riflescope when shooting with an attachment device.
In combination with the easy-to-mount, absolutely repeatable attachment mounts and the corresponding attachment optics, the Blaser B2 riflescopes become true specialists for night hunting.

Ein weiterer Vorteil der geringen Baulänge sind die kurzen Verschiebewege der beweglichen Linsen des Zoomsystems und dadurch eine bessere mechanische Präzision sowie stabilere Treffpunktlage beim Wechsel der Vergrößerung. Gleichzeitig kompensiert die mechanische Robustheit die zusätzliche Belastung des Zielfernrohrs beim Schuss mit Vorsatzgerät.
