For realistic shooting behavior, it relies on an optimized recoil spring package consisting of a main spring, a tender spring, and a rubber buffer. Directly below, the Picatinny rail allows for the mounting of common accessories. Gen5-typical, the blank firing GLOCK also offers a flared magazine well and front serrations. Together with the reversible magazine holder and the ambidextrous slide stop lever, it guarantees quick action and a clean magazine change in both right and left-handed operation. The magazine itself is, like the original, 17 rounds and features a well-visible orange follower.
