Note on ring mounting: In principle, the mounting of telescopic sights should be carried out by an experienced gunsmith. There are numerous factors that influence the overall precision of the weapon, mount, and target optics. For example, the tightening torque of the ring mounts should not exceed 1.6 Nm (Newton meters) and should generally be performed with a torque wrench. Deformations of tube bodies or blocked reversal systems due to overly tightened mounts are not warranty cases and often result in an economic total loss.
