The original Walther P22 was introduced in 2001, based on the Walther P99, by Carl Walther GmbH. The weapon is manufactured in various versions and configurations by the company. The blank firing pistol Walther P22 differs little from the legendary original. Characteristically, the gas signal pistol has a lot of firepower and is lightweight, which is mainly due to the ergonomically shaped polymer grip. The "Hi-Grip" surface ensures optimal handling and a non-slip hold. The grips themselves are black and match perfectly with the weapon, which is also finished in the same color. The extra grippy slide serrations at the front and rear of the slide guarantee a firm grip and a stable stance. On the compact pistol, the hammer is external, and the safety and magazine release button are easily accessible from both right- and left-handed shooters. Furthermore, the P22 features a single/double-action trigger. The actual highlight of the P22 is the 22mm Picatinny rail located on the underside of the barrel, which allows for the attachment of sights and tactical accessories. Delivery includes 1x Walther P22 blank firing pistol 9mm P.A.Knall 1x plastic gun case 1x launch cup for firing pyrotechnics 1x cleaning brush 50 rounds of blank cartridges 9mm P.A.K. The acquisition and possession of all offered gas and signal weapons and the corresponding ammunition is permit-free from the age of 18. To carry a gas and signal weapon, a governmental permit (small firearms license) is required.
