This AEG is electrically operated, can shoot semi-automatically and fully automatically, and is legally classified as a toy since its muzzle energy is below 0.5 Joules. Please note: It is still considered a so-called imitation weapon. Please observe the relevant legal regulations. A (LiPo) battery and ammunition are required for operation.

Regarding the throttling method:
Normal throttling is done by the supplier in the simplest, fastest, and therefore most cost-effective way via spring, nozzle hole, etc. Of course, we ensure that the weapon still runs consistently with 7.4V LiPo. If we believe, for example, that the spring is too weak, we may make adjustments.
We optimize throttling with Shortstroke, possibly additionally with spring shortening. Here, teeth are removed from the sector gear and piston to reduce energy. The weapon is usually made compatible with 11.1V, resulting in a snappier response and sound. Important: No excessively large 11.1V batteries should be used, as even the best-built 0.5 Joule will eventually wear out.
In general, all our 0.5 Joule weapons have a functioning HopUp system that can hop at least 0.25g BBs. It is important to note that performance usually decreases when a lot of hop is set. Therefore, we normally recommend 0.2g BBs for 0.5 Joule weapons.
Important:
- We do not deliver this weapon with less than 0.4 Joules.
- We generally solder Dean-T connectors unless otherwise requested.
The range of a 0.5 Joule weapon is usually around 40-45m, with the effective range where you can still hit something typically at 30-35m.
Without further tuning, the rate of fire of a normal AEG weapon, depending on the motor, battery quality, and system tuning, is between 650 and 900 shots/min (11-15 shots/second) with a 7.4V LiPo battery and between 950 and 1300 shots/min (16-22 shots/second) with an 11.1V LiPo battery (not with spring throttling!). With DSG, the rates of fire increase significantly - probably around 1400/min at 7.4V. With speed gears, it also varies depending on the gear ratio.
We include an exact chronograph protocol indicating the rate of fire. It may vary slightly depending on the quality of the battery used later.

Diese AEG ist elektrisch betrieben, darf semi- und vollautomatisch schießen und gilt rechtlich als Spielzeug, da ihre Schussenergie unter 0,5 Joule liegt. Zu beachten ist: Es handelt sich immer noch um eine sog. Anscheinswaffe. Bitte beachten sie die diesbezüglichen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen. Zum Betrieb wird ein (LiPo-)Akku und Munition benötigt.

Zur Drosselmethode:
Normale Drosselung wird per Feder, Nozzlebohrung, o.Ä auf die einfachste schnellste und damit kostengünstigste Weise bereits vom Lieferanten gemacht. Wir achten dabei natürlich darauf, dass die Waffe dennoch konsistent mit 7,4V Lipo läuft. Sollte unseres Erachtens z.B. die Feder zu schwach sein, bessern wir ggfs auch noch mal nach.
Optimierte Drosselung machen wir mit Shortstroke, evtl. zusätzlich mit Federkürzung. Hier werden vom Sectorgear und Piston jeweils Zähne entfernt um die Energie zu senken. Die Waffe wird normalerweise 11,1V kompatibel, das Ansprechverhalten und der Sound etwas knackiger. Wichtig: Es sollte kein übertrieben großer 11,1er benutzt werden, denn damit wird jede noch so gut aufgebaute 0,5er irgendwann an Verschleiß sterben.
Allgemein haben alle unsere 0,5er-Waffen ein funktionierendes HopUp-System, das mindestens 0,25g BBs hoppen kann. Wichtig ist, dass die Leistung meist sinkt, wenn man viel Hop einstellt. Daher empfehlen wir normalerweise 0,2g BBs für 0,5 Joule Waffen.
Wichtig:
- Wir liefern diese Waffe nicht mit weniger als 0,4 Joule aus.
- Wir verlöten grundsätzlich Dean-T-Stecker, wenn nichts anderes gewünscht wurde.
Die Reichweite einer 0,5er liegt im Normalfall bei rund 40-45m, die effektive Reichweite auf die man auch noch ‚was trifft‘ liegt meist bei 30-35m.
Ohne weiteres Tuning liegt die Feuerrate einer normalen AEG-Waffe je nach Motor, Akkuqualität und Abstimmung des Systems bei 7,4V LiPo-Akku zwischen 650 und 900 Schuss/min (11-15 Schuss/Sekunde) und bei 11,1V LiPo-Akku (nicht bei Federdrosselung!) zwischen 950 und 1300 Schuss/min (16-22 Schuss/Sekunde). Mit DSG gehen die Feuerraten enorm hoch - vermutlich bei 7,4V auf etwa 1400/min. Mit Speedgears ebenfalls je nach Übersetzung.
Ein genaues Chronoprotokoll mit Angabe der Feuerrate legen wir bei. Dabei kann es sein, dass diese je nach Qualität des später verwendeten Akkus etwas schwankt.
