A quick fill hose with connection to DIN 200 fittings such as the Gehmann pump or Hill MK hand pumps. The hose end is designed for quick fill connections with a male 1/8" BSP thread, which can be easily screwed on. An additional pressure relief valve screw allows excess pressure to be released, protecting the hose and O-ring connection.

Procedure

Connect the supplied filling nozzle (included with the weapon) to the filling hose.
Connect the filling hose to the bottle or hand pump.
Slowly open the bottle valve of the refill bottle and close it again at the latest after reaching the maximum allowed pressure. For hand pumps, monitor the filling pressure on the manometer.
After filling, loosen the vent screw to remove the filling nozzle more easily.
The filling nozzle can be screwed onto compressors, diving bottles, and pumps with a DIN 200 connection (max. 200 bar).

Ein Quickfillschlauch mit Anbindung an DIN 200 Anschlüsse wie der Gehmann Pumpe oder Hill MK Handpumpen. Das Schlauchende ist für Quickfillanschlüsse mit einem männlichen 1/8" BSP Gewinde vorgesehen, welches problemlos angeschraubt werden kann. Eine zusätzliche Druckablassventilschraube lässt überschüssigen Druck ab und schont den Schlauch und O-Ring Verbindung.

Vorgehensweise

Mitgelieferten Füllstutzen (Lieferumfang der Waffe) an dem Füllschlauch anschließen.
Den Füllschlauch an die Flasche oder Handpumpe anschließen
Das Flaschenventil der Nachfüllflasche langsam öffnen und spätestens nach Erreichen des max. zugelassenen Drucks wieder schließen. Bei Handpumpen den Fülldruck am Manometer beobachten.
Nach dem Befüllen, die Entlüftungsschraube lösen, um den Füllstutzen leichter heraus zunehmen.
Der Füllstutzen kann sowohl an Kompressoren, Tauchflaschen als auch Pumpen angeschraubt werden mit einem DIN 200 Anschluss (max. 200 bar.)
