The MR223 A3 from Heckler & Koch combines the world-renowned AR-15 architecture with the unique reliability of the G36 gas piston system. The A3 version is fully ambidextrous and features a revised magazine well according to NATO-STANAG-4179 (DRAFT). The versatile semi-automatic rifle is suitable for various long gun disciplines. The MR223 is the civilian version of the HK416.
