The well-known GATE ASTER in the basic version for V3 gearboxes. Here is the newer version "SE"

This drop-in unit controls the firing cycle of a V3 gearbox and ensures that jams are not possible. The trigger travel can be adjusted, allowing for faster firing rates - depending on how fast the finger and the motor are...

All relevant information can be found on gatee.eu - we will not list it here again, as it should be well known. The ASTER V2 SE now has a few new features, which we will briefly outline here.

– No USB link is required for installation and configuration

– New noise-resistant trigger recognition algorithm

– Hair trigger ready to use. About 60 trigger sensitivities for the 1st mm (0.04 in) of movement

– Additional protection against interference through multilayer circuit board with EMC shielding

– Automatic pre-cocking: LOW / MID / HIGH

– Compatibility with brushless motors (“Brushless” – e.g. Warhead)

– Improved cycle detection

– Active brake (AB): Adaptive / 100% / 60% / Brushless motor / OFF

– New selection mode: SAFE – SEMI – BINARY instead of SAFE – BINARY – AUTO (only in the international version).

– The GCS app allows for firmware updates via the internet (USB link required).

– Aktivbremse (AB): Adaptiv / 100 % / 60 % / Bürstenloser Motor / AUS

– Neuer Wahlmodus: SAFE – SEMI – BINARY statt SAFE – BINARY – AUTO (nur in der internationalen Variante).

– Die GCS-App ermöglicht das Durchführen von Firmware-Updates über das Internet (USB-Link erforderlich).

Nicht an den Kabel reißen, die Stecker umlöten, kurzschließen, unter Wasser setzen... naja.. alles was man eben nicht machen sollte.

Das Set wurde von GATE im Lieferumpfang abgespeckt. Nicht mehr enthalten ist das "große" Anleitungsheft, der Patch und die Verpackung ist auch nicht mehr so schön wie sie mal war...
