High-quality percussion pistol Antonio Zoli, model "M1855 Zouave" in caliber: .58!

Very well maintained, unfired

TOP condition!

This powerful percussion pistol has a rifled barrel and a hinged ramrod made of steel. This allowed loading while on horseback without losing the ramrod. The grip back has grooves for the use of a shoulder stock, just like the original. This should make the heavy weapon manageable to shoot! The lock plate features a very nice color case hardening with an engraved "US Eagle," and the solid butt cap is made of brass. The weapon was often used as a "club" after firing when there was no time to reload.

The barrel is 30.5 cm long, and the weapon weighs about 1500 grams. Overall length approximately 45 cm!!! Except for a few... (Show description in original language)

Diese mächtige Perkussionspistole hat einen gezogenen Lauf und einen angelenkten Ladestock aus Stahl. Dieser ermöglichte das Laden auf dem Pferderücken ohne das man den Ladestock verlieren konnte. Auf dem Griffrücken sind wie beim Original Nuten für die Verwendung eines Anschlagschaftes vorhanden. Damit dürfte die schwere Waffe wohl beherrschbar zu schießen sein ! Die Schloßplatte trägt eine sehr schöne Bunthärtung mit graviertem "US Adler" und die massive Kolbenkappe ist aus Messing. Die Waffe wurde - nach dem Schuß - gerne als "Keule" verwendet, wenn keine Zeit zum Nachladen war.

Der Lauf ist 30,5cm lang und die Waffe wiegt etwa 1500 Gramm. Gesamtlänge ca. 45 cm !!! Ausser ein paar...
