KNG – the innovative material mix A hard shell with a soft core! In this high-tech combination, the well-known N.G. Nylon® provides the necessary shock absorption, while the Kydex outer layer is hard and extremely durable.
N.G. Nylon® (New Generation) consists of a Nylon® upper layer and a shape-stable insert to increase stability. The inside is equipped with a soft lining to protect the weapon.
Kydex is an extremely durable polymer plastic with high shape stability. Holsters made from Kydex are very solid and comfortable, while being lightweight and permanently precise. Unlike other manufacturers, Kydex holsters at Front Line are not produced using the usual injection molding process, but are formed from flat material. This allows for a lower material thickness with increased stability.

N.G. Nylon® (New Generation) besteht aus einer Nylon®-Oberschicht und einer formstabilen Einlage zur Erhöhung der Stabilität. Die Innenseite wird mit einem weichem Futter zum Schutz der Waffe versehen.
Kydex ist ein extrem widerstandsfähiger Polymer-Kunststoff mit hoher Formstabilität. Holster aus Kydex sind sehr solide und bequem, dabei leicht und dauerhaft passgenau. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Herstellern, werden Kydex-Holster bei Front Line nicht wie üblich im Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt, sondern aus Flachmaterial formgepresst. Dies ermöglicht eine niedrigere Materialstärke bei erhöhter Stabilität.
