Unfortunately, the casing neck is flared; apparently, the projectile was improperly removed in ancient times.
The primer is oiled, no hazardous substances are contained. There are 2 other casings available in approximately the same condition.
Manufacturer Polte Berlin 1918.

Der Hülsenhals ist leider aufgeweitet,anscheinend wurde das Geschoss in grauer Vorzeit unsachgemäß entfernt.
Zündhütchen ist geoelt,keine Gefahrstoffe enthalten.Es sind noch 2 andere Hülsen in etwa selben Erhaltungszustand vorhanden.
