The thermal imaging device Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 is a combination of a compact thermal imaging module and a quickly detachable monocular Pulsar 3x20B, which functions as an eyepiece. One movement - and the hunter has a scope with threefold magnification for natural daytime observation, and a thermal imaging module that is compatible with the monocular daytime optics. To mount the thermal imaging module to a daylight optic, a front adapter is required, which is not included in the delivery. The 12 µm / 640x480 pixel thermal imaging sensor manufactured in Europe provides a sharp, high-contrast thermal image for better identification of animals, their extremities, and even the smallest details such as branches, leaves, grass, and terrain.
The new FHD full-color AMOLED display with 1920 x 1080 pixels features high contrast, a wide dynamic range, and energy savings. The fast response time ensures a clear and fluid image during observation while moving or in frost.
The powerful lens with a focal length of 50 mm combined with the professional 12 µm thermal imaging sensor offers exceptional detection capabilities. A standard object of 1.8 m height can still be detected at a distance of 2300 m in complete darkness.
The robust, lightweight housing made of a magnesium alloy has high structural strength and protects the Krypton 2 from recoil and vibration stresses. It is resistant to external mechanical, temperature-related, and climatic influences. The magnesium alloy housing dissipates heat from the electronic components of the thermal imaging camera, thus increasing the operational stability of the device. Low weight is important when the attachment is mounted in front of the rifle's optics and contributes to the overall weight of the assembly. The compact size makes handling the device easier.
The quickly replaceable and quickly rechargeable Li-Ion battery pack IPS7 provides enough energy for up to 11 hours of continuous operation. With one battery pack, the device can run all night without needing to be replaced.
IPX7 waterproof to protect against heavy rain, snow, or other precipitation. The Krypton 2 XG50 is designed to function properly according to the manufacturer even after immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.

Das Wärmebildgerät Pulsar Krypton 2 XG50 ist eine Kombination aus einem kompakten Wärmebildmodul und einem schnell abnehmbaren Monokular Pulsar 3x20B, das als Okular funktioniert. Eine Bewegung - und dem Jäger stehen ein Fernrohr mit dreifacher Vergrößerung, zur natürlichen Tagesbeobachtung, und ein Wärmebild-Modul, das mit der monokularen Tagesoptik kompatibel ist, zur Verfügung.
