Das Böker Plus Cataclyst Flipjoint überzeugt als Kombination aus einem modernen EDC und einem hochwertigen Gentleman-Accessoire auch als Slipjoint-Messer auf ganzer Linie. Die Klinge öffnet zwar in dieser Version ebenfalls spielerisch einfach per Flipper, arretiert jedoch im geöffneten Zustand nicht, sondern wird lediglich per Detent-Ball sicher in Position gehalten. Bei entsprechendem Druck auf den Klingenrücken, lässt sich die Klinge ohne das Lösen einer Sperrvorrichtung einklappen.
