Das verwendete Material verbindet wasser- und winddichte Komponenten mit langer Haltbarkeit. Da Gore-Tex gleichzeitig atmungsaktiv ist, kann entstehende Feuchtigkeit austreten, Regen und Wasser aber nicht eintreten.
