Unfortunately, this item is no longer being produced. According to Spuhr, a reissue is possible, but requires a minimum order of 200 pieces. The magazine well serves as a replacement for the original Heckler & Koch magazine well of the G36, HK243, or SL8 (later production). The magazine well allows the use of standard AR / AR15 magazines in caliber .223 (5.56 x 45 mm). Included in the scope is an extended bolt catch lever. The exchange of the old magazine well for the new one is straightforward and can be done without tools. Simply remove the pin, fold out and remove the old well. The new one can be installed in the opposite way - done. The R-8 magazine well does not work with single-stack HK SL8-1, SL8-6, or SL8-5 rifles unless appropriate modifications have been made. Leider wird dieser Artikel nicht länger produziert. Gemäß Spuhr ist eine Neuauflage möglich, erfordert jedoch eine Mindestabnahme von 200 Stück. Der Magazinschacht dient als Austausch für den Original Heckler & Koch Magazinschacht des G36, HK243 oder SL8 (später Fertigung). Der Magazinschacht erlaubt die Nutzung von Standard AR / AR15 Magazinen des Kalibers .223 (5,56 x 45 mm). Mit im Umfang enthalten ist ein verlängerter Verschlussfanghebel. Der Austausch des alten Magazinschachts gegen den Neuen ist ohne Werkzeug unkompliziert möglich. Einfach den Pin entfernen, alten Schacht herausklappen und entfernen. Den neuen anders herum einfach einbauen - fertig. Der R-8 Magazinschacht funktioniert nicht mit Single-Stack HK SL8-1, SL8-6 oder SL8-5 Gewehren.
