For sale is a:

Hammer shotgun, Batard Paris, cal.: 16/65 (pinfire/Lefaucheux ignition)

Barrel length: 760mm
Stock length: 350mm

This is a hammer shotgun from a Parisian gunsmith with an eccentric lock and Damascus barrels.
The shotgun has an English stock with a steel butt plate and floral engravings on the steel parts.
The trigger guard is broken in the area of the screw.
The stock has a glued crack in the area of the pistol grip and various signs of use/dents.

The function of the shotgun has not been tested; it is sold as a collector's item. Mechanism apparently functional.

Es handelt sich um eine Hahnflinte von einem Pariser Büchsenmacher mit Exzenterverschluss und Damastläufen.
Die Flinte hat einen englischen Schaft mit einer Stahlschaftkappe und floralen Gravuren auf den Stahlteilen.
Der Abzugsbügel ist im Bereich der Schraube gebrochen.
Der Schaft hat im Bereich des Pistolengriffs einen ausgeklebten Riss und diverse Gebrauchsspuren / Dellen.

Die Funktion der Flinte wurde nicht geprüft, sie wird als Sammerstück verkauft. Mechanik augenscheinlich in Funktion.
