The Preduzeće is a Yugoslav revision of older Mauser rifles, originally based on the Mauser Model 1924.
Modification year 1947, when many of these rifles were modernized after World War II.
After the war, Yugoslavia modernized large stocks of the Mauser M24 rifles at the "Preduzeće 44" factory (now Zastava Arms). The changes led to the Model 24/47, which was used as the standard rifle in the Yugoslav army until it was replaced by more modern weapons.

Die Preduzeće ist eine jugoslawische Überarbeitung älterer Mauser-Gewehre, die ursprünglich auf dem Mauser Modell 1924 basierten.
Umbaujahr 1947, als viele dieser Gewehre nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg modernisiert wurden
Nach dem Krieg modernisierte Jugoslawien große Bestände der Mauser M24-Gewehre im Werk "Preduzeće 44" (heute Zastava Arms). Die Änderungen führten zum Modell 24/47, das als Standardgewehr in der jugoslawischen Armee verwendet wurde, bis es durch modernere Waffen abgelöst wurde.
