The expression "Ten Kei" of this samurai knife can be translated as "Gift of Heaven" and symbolizes the beauty of nature. Inspired by this, fine floral motifs are reflected in the handcrafted fittings adorned with gold and silver.
The blade has been hand-forged in the elaborate Kobuse style.
Here, a hard mantle of 1095 carbon steel surrounds a core of softer, low-carbon steel. Like its historical predecessors, this katana uniquely combines grace and utility.
The hardening is differentiated to about 60 Rockwell at the edge and about 40 Rockwell at the spine. This hardness difference is visible in a genuine, finely crafted Hamon line.

- Blade collar (Habaki) and spacers (Seppa) are made of brass.
- With a long tang, which is fixed in the handle with 2 bamboo pegs (Mekugi). The sword is thus fully disassemblable.
- All decorative elements (Fuchi, Menuki, Kashira) are handcrafted from metal and give each sword its personal touch.
